Looking for cooks to work in a fun tap room environment! BBQ, pizza oven, and flat top. Come learn from our Chef/Pit Master Nick Rada.

All applicants must work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while providing an elevated dining experience, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with a passion for preparing, creating, and executing exceptional food with experience in food and beverage and/or hospitality. Your workday will involve the preparation of high-quality meals according to our standard recipes and chef’s exact specifications. You will have the opportunity to explore your passion for the culinary arts and be creative with the development of new menu items. This role is an essential and direct contribution to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth. All positions at Clarksburg Cider Tap Room will require applicant to be flexible in work duties performed.

Essential Functions

  • Efficiently prepare exceptional food with great attention to detail and urgency while maintaining proper food handling and safety procedures for all products within station
  • Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set
  • Understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment within station
  • Setup, break down, and maintenance of work stations according to restaurant guidelines while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, organization, and restocking of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas throughout shift
  • Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by Management at anytime


Required Experience/Education

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years working in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures


Required Capabilities:

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Possess great communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptable to change in the work environment
  • Able to lift up to 45lbs
