A better use of barrels than a trip over Niagara Falls. Those early daredevils could have experienced a more pleasurable soak had they learned the craft of barrel aging. Instead, they left it to us to anoint our classic dry hard cider with sweet vanilla bean and the rich notes of caramel and oak that only seasoned bourbon barrels can impart.
