1/2 oz. Clarksburg Strawberry Basil Hard Cider
1 oz. tequila blanco
1/2 oz. orange liqueur
1/2 oz. sour mix
1 ½ oz. strawberry simple syrup
1/2 oz. basil simple syrup
Step 1 Rim rocks glass with lime and dip into kosher salt; fill with ice.
Step 2 In cocktail shaker, add ice and all ingredients.
Step 3 Shake all ingredients and strain into salted rocks glass.
Step 4 Garnish with strawberry, fresh lime and basil.
Step 5 To open the essence of basil leaf, gently smack between two hands, then add to glass.
