Lemon Beet Chufly

Made with Clarksburg Savory Citrus Hard Cider

Made with our Savory Citrus Cider and singani, a Bolivian spirit distilled in the Andes from white Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The striking hue comes from beet juice, with lemon juice, sparkling water, and lemons for garnish!

We can’t decide if this gorgeous cocktail tastes as good as it looks, or looks as good as it tastes!

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz beet juice

1 1/2oz Bolivian brandy

Splash of soda water

Splash of Savory Citrus Cider


Step 1 Fill a Collins glass to the top with ice.

Step 2 Add ice to the cocktail shaker.

Step 3 Add 1/2 oz. of lemon juice, 1/2 oz. of simple syrup (we love homemade!), and 1/2 oz. of beet juice.

Step 4 Add 1 1/2 oz. of Bolivian Brandy.

Step 5 Shake!

Step 6 Strain contents of cocktail shaker into glass

Step 7 Top with soda water and Clarksburg Cider Savory Citrus floater. Gently stir.

Step 8 Garnish with lemon and sugared candied beets.

Step 9 Enjoy!
