La Bella Sidro

We knew it wouldn’t be long before our Cider Maker and trained Vintner, Isabella, snuck some grapes into the mix. She chose to spike our dry hard cider with Isabella grapes, a red variety similar to concord. The result is a rose-colored blend of jammy fruit flavor, with pronounced acidity and a semi-sweet finish. La Bella Sidro translates to “the beautiful cider” in Italian—a fitting name for this Tap Room exclusive—made by Isabella, with Isabella grapes.
